Register Your Request for New Summer Camp Pod Option – Opportunity Available Until January 28th, 2021!

As we gear up for another season of Summer Camps during Covid-19, we’ve added a new pod option!

Please note there are limited quantities of pods, and are first-come, first-serve.

Follow the steps outlined to register your request for a pod:

1. Put together a pod that meets the following requirements:

  • All pod members must fit in either our 4 to 6-year-old Young Sprouts age group or our 6 to 12-year-old age group.
  • All pod members must be within two years of age of each another.
  • All families in the pod must be comfortable signing off on a program without social distancing between group members.
  • All families agree to our more rigid Cancellation and Refund Policy for Pods, including no refunds for cancelled pods after January 28th, 2021. Plus, cancellations within the pod can only be filled by the pod in order for a refund to be issued to the cancelled member (a $20 admin fee applies), and changes to the group are only permitted up to 14 days before the camp start date.
  • All families are willing to pay in full per pod by February 1st, 2021 (Rates per pod are $1,890 + tax for 6 to 12-year-olds at our Vancouver and North Vancouver locations, $2,009 + tax for 6 to 12-year-olds in our Coquitlam and Delta locations, and $1,080 + tax for 4 to 6-year-olds in our Vancouver and North Vancouver locations)

2. Determine the weeks and locations that work for your pod from the options below, including possible second and third choices.

3. Have the full names and birthdates of all kids in the pod.

The maximum pod size for 4 to 6-year-old Young Sprouts is 6 kids, and the maximum pod size for the older age group of 6 to 12-year-olds is 7 kids.

4. Submit the form with the above information by January 28th, 2021.

5. Receive a reply from us on whether your request was approved or not.

If approved, you have until February 1st, 2021 for each family to register online to the pod, completing payment and medical forms in the process. Registration is only complete once all families in the pod complete this step.

If your request for a pod is not approved due to limited quantities, you will be notified before registration opens for individuals so that you can still register on February 1st when individual registration opens.

While we’ve opened a pod option for summer camp this year, you can still register as an individual starting February 1st! Registering as an individual is the only way to register for Ninja Camp (our only camp with a prerequisite).

Rain or shine, my kid never wants to leave the forest. We’ve hiked with him since he was a baby but he has a confidence in the forest now that he hadn’t before.
– Beverly, Weekly Program Parent

My son has been part of this program for almost 2 years on a weekly-basis and would do anything to not miss a class. Connecting with his friends and bonding with his instructors in nature is such a great experience. So many learnings…
