We are so thankful to our incredibly generous community!
Check out the initiatives that helped us reach our goal
Species-A-Thon
The year-long program kids spent a day seeking out and identifying as many species as they could in the diverse bioregion in the lower mainland parks.
See how the Forest Learners raised over $3,500 for UNYA last year here!
Bird-A-thon
Soaring Eagle Nature School Founder Jenna Rudolph identified as many bird species as she could within a 24-hour period. Jenna does not use any fossil fuels and reports that number to her local conservancy.
Last year, Jenna saw 58 bird species and raised over $6,000 for UNYA!

Family Adventure Day
Families enjoyed a day in the forest, exploring and moving through interactive activities like hearing a story, doing a craft, tracking animals, and drinking forest tea. The entire day was guided by completing a bingo card with these activities and nature challenges for a chance of winning a prize. The best part was that we all won when spending a day in a beautiful forest together!
